About the position

The Compensation, Benefits & Systems Manager at Anderson Trucking Service, Inc. is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and driving innovation in compensation strategies, benefits programs, and HR systems functions across the organization. This position involves managing the design and implementation of compensation programs, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of company-wide compensation programs, ensuring competitive wage structures and market alignment.
  • Conduct in-depth research on compensation and benefits trends to support company expansion and success.
  • Partner with and advise leadership on compensation actions and strategies.
  • Plan and direct the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Analyze and evaluate services and options from insurance and investment companies to determine the best programs for ATS.
  • Negotiate and contract with benefit plan providers, vendors, auditors, and consultants for services and plan administration.
  • Manage and administer HRIS and compensation processes, optimizing performance and streamlining operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (human resources, business)
  • 5 to 7 years of human resources experience, including knowledge of compensation, benefits, HRIS, and compliance
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS.
