About the position

The Compensation, Benefits & Systems Manager at ATS is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and driving innovation in compensation strategies, benefits programs, and HR systems functions across the organization. This position involves managing the design and implementation of company-wide compensation programs, ensuring compliance with policies, and optimizing HRIS operations to support ATS' goals and competitive practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of company-wide compensation programs.
  • Conduct in-depth research on compensation and benefits trends in new and existing markets.
  • Partner and advise leadership on compensation actions.
  • Plan and direct the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Analyze and evaluate services, coverage, and options available through insurance and investment companies.
  • Negotiate and contract with benefit plan providers, vendors, auditors, and consultants.
  • Lead the implementation, management, and administration of HRIS and compensation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (human resources, business).
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of human resources experience, including knowledge of compensation, benefits, HRIS, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HRMS.
