About the position

The Compensation Lead - HRIS Integration Specialist will manage and support the integration of Compensation programs into the new HRIS (SuccessFactors). This role serves as a liaison between Compensation and Technology teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions. The position involves leading Compensation-related projects, conducting testing activities, creating training materials, overseeing HRIS enhancements, managing data audits, and improving reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the integration of Compensation programs into the new HRIS (SuccessFactors).
  • Act as a liaison between Compensation and Technology teams.
  • Lead various Compensation-related projects and testing activities.
  • Create training materials to operationalize future states.
  • Oversee HRIS enhancements and manage data audits.
  • Improve reporting capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience with system integration and HRIS (SuccessFactors).
  • Knowledge of SAP and Compensation programs.
  • Proficient in iteration testing and data audits.
  • Strong reporting skills.
