About the position

The Compensation Lead - HRIS Integration Specialist will manage and support the integration of Compensation programs into the new HRIS (SuccessFactors). This role serves as a liaison between Compensation and Technology teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions. The position involves leading Compensation-related projects, conducting testing activities, creating training materials, overseeing HRIS enhancements, managing data audits, and improving reporting capabilities. This is a fully remote position with core working hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the integration of Compensation programs into the new HRIS (SuccessFactors).
  • Act as a liaison between Compensation and Technology teams to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Lead various Compensation-related projects and testing activities.
  • Create training materials to operationalize future states.
  • Oversee HRIS enhancements and manage data audits.
  • Improve reporting capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors) and system integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Compensation programs.
  • Proficiency in SAP and iteration testing.
  • Experience in conducting data audits and reporting.
