About the position
The Compensation Lead - HRIS Integration Specialist will manage and support the integration of Compensation programs into the new HRIS (SuccessFactors). This role serves as a liaison between Compensation and Technology teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions. The position involves leading Compensation-related projects, testing activities, and creating training materials, while also overseeing HRIS enhancements, managing data audits, and improving reporting capabilities. This is a remote position with core working hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Time.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the integration of Compensation programs into the new HRIS (SuccessFactors).
- Act as a liaison between Compensation and Technology teams.
- Lead various Compensation-related projects and testing activities.
- Create training materials to operationalize future states.
- Oversee HRIS enhancements and manage data audits.
- Improve reporting capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience with system integration and HRIS (SuccessFactors).
- Knowledge of SAP and Compensation Programs.
- Proficient in iteration testing and data audits.
- Strong reporting skills.
