About The Position

The Complex Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing HR functions at the Four Points San Jose Airport and el PRADO hotel, as well as six additional area select service hotels. This role focuses on talent identification, leadership development, and providing exceptional service to internal customers. The position requires frequent travel between locations and aims to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction while ensuring compliance with HR success measures.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of related industry experience in hotel management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience with ADP Enterprise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit talent to exceed guest expectations.
• Support leadership development initiatives aligned with brand and company goals.
• Provide guidance and support to internal customers across multiple hotel locations.
• Develop strategies for talent retention and employee engagement.
• Coordinate recognition programs to enhance internal customer satisfaction.
• Create and implement onboarding plans for new hires to ensure their success within the first 90 days.
• Foster a strong partnership with local hotels and Corporate HR to achieve shared goals.
