About The Position

The Computer Support Associate / Infrastructure Engineer role is focused on providing onsite deskside support at the Waterloo, IA location during the 3rd shift. The position involves performing standard processes related to computer support, including imaging computers, replacing printer toner, and resolving trouble tickets. The technician will document processes and maintain effective communication while adhering to computer security policies.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ticket management system.
• 1 year of experience troubleshooting computer hardware and performing break/fix tasks.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite deskside support for computer-related issues.
• Image computers and replace printer toner as needed.
• Dispose of outdated assets responsibly.
• Resolve trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues.
• Document and distribute information effectively.
• Update assets in Asset Center and follow knowledge base articles for problem resolution.
• Communicate effectively via email and maintain basic documents/records.
• Understand and troubleshoot basic printer operations and computer security policies.
