About The Position

The Concierge at Sunrise Senior Living is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and serving as the first point of contact for visitors at the Sunrise community. This role involves greeting potential residents and their families, managing calls, and providing community information to support marketing and sales efforts. The position emphasizes creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Proven experience in a customer service role is required
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, cleanliness
• Performing general administrative duties
• Welcoming visitors and supporting the hospitality of the Sunrise community.
