About the position

The Configuration/Change Manager (CCM) at ASM Research is responsible for managing configuration items throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, and supporting process improvements. This role involves interfacing with various stakeholders, managing configuration management tools, and assisting with project management and documentation efforts. The CCM will also track changes to network baselines and contribute to the maturation of the configuration management organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage configuration item management during the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and standards by reviewing design release documents.
  • Perform audits on processes and configuration items and support process improvements.
  • Interface with internal and external hosting facilities and stakeholders to apply security configuration management policies.
  • Assist management in creating Project Management, Requirement Management, and Configuration Management Plans.
  • Create Baseline Configurations based on the Configuration Management Plan and team inputs.
  • Identify and document Configuration Items (CIs) with program members.
  • Support Configuration Management System as a subject matter expert or administrator.
  • Define, generate, and support delivery of release baselines, including release packages and supporting environments.
  • Gather and review metrics on release baselines.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in business, information technology, or related discipline.
  • Five or more years of experience in the field or related area; at least three years of experience working in South Korea.
  • Certification: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • SECRET Clearance.
