About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with expertise in coordinating various aspects of construction operations. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a keen attention to detail to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software such as Civil 3D and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools and methodologies.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills along with a solid understanding of construction processes.
• Experience with project management systems like Prolog is a plus.
• Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution.
• Utilize project management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for tracking progress and managing resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and any potential issues that may arise.
