About the position
The Construction Master Carpenter at Granite Farms Estates is responsible for a wide range of construction tasks, including demolition, cabinetry, framing, drywall installation, and more. This role requires proficiency in operating various hand and power tools, ensuring quality workmanship in all aspects of construction. Responsibilities
- Perform demolition and construction tasks as required.
- Install cabinetry, metal and wood framing, and drywall.
- Conduct finish trim installation and window and door installation.
- Install siding and other construction-related tasks.
- Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Apprenticeship in carpentry is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in construction or maintenance related field.
- Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
