The Construction Security Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of construction sites. This position involves managing access control, conducting patrols, performing ID scans, and investigating security incidents to maintain a secure environment for workers and equipment.

Manage entry and exit points of the construction site, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed access.
Conduct regular roving patrols across the site to monitor for security threats and ensure safety.
Use ID scanning systems to verify the identity of all site visitors and employees.
Investigate security breaches, theft, vandalism, or other suspicious activities on the construction site.
Maintain thorough records of all security-related incidents and prepare detailed reports for management and law enforcement.
Work closely with construction site managers and project supervisors to integrate security protocols into daily operations.
Respond to emergencies, including accidents, medical emergencies, fires, or security threats.
Perform regular site assessments to identify vulnerabilities in security and safety measures.

Strong understanding of construction site security and surveillance techniques.
Experience in investigating potential security breaches or safety concerns.
Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
Valid Driver's License and Guard Card.

Experience in risk management and emergency response procedures.

Competitive hourly pay starting from $21.00 per hour.
Flexible scheduling options for part-time or full-time work.
