About The Position

As a Consultant specializing in Business Process Optimization and IT Software, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, mapping, and optimizing business processes with a focus on IT- and software-driven automation. Your responsibilities will include leading initiatives to gather requirements, analyzing business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will develop detailed process documentation, including process flowcharts, procedures, and guidelines, and conduct impact assessments for proposed process changes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the seamless integration of new processes, and you will provide expert guidance on best practices for process design and improvements. Additionally, you will drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization, ensuring that business processes align with industry standards, compliance requirements, and organizational goals. You will also support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on process improvement projects, acting as a key liaison between business units and IT to bridge the gap between process requirements and technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business process consulting or a related field.
  • Strong aptitude for process design, process mapping, and process improvement, with a focus on IT/software solutions and automation.
  • Experience working in Consulting and familiarity with the manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with powerful presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and possess common sense.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while prioritizing team interests.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
