About the position
The Consultant Compensation/Incentives Strategy role at Verizon is focused on developing and implementing strategic compensation and incentive programs for frontline employees and vendor partners. Responsibilities
- Partnering with the field execution team and vendor partners to understand disparities in compensation.
- Developing and partnering with stakeholders to implement incentive programs to improve employee retention, morale, and overall performance objectives.
- Actively keeping a pulse on and driving targets and performance.
- Converting data into meaningful storyboard presentations.
- Showcasing opportunities and pain points through deep-dive analysis with supporting data.
- Gathering and manipulating large quantities of data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- A high degree of analytical capability with the proven ability to structure business cases around a high-level strategic vision.
- Strong strategic skills, with the proven ability to identify and assess key points, implications, and recommendations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leading large and complex team projects with minimal direct supervision.
- Design, develop and implement methods and strategies to continually improve processes.
- Present and communicate to all levels of the business.
- Relevant work experience.
