As a consultant within this group, you will leverage your experience in the Insurance industry to transform organizations in Insurance, Reinsurance, and Private Equity. Your role will involve working across the C-suite to capitalize on disruption, enhance competitiveness, and drive growth and profitability through continuous innovation. You will support the day-to-day execution of consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of each engagement. This includes driving the development of content, either directly or by guiding consulting and client teams, managing client relationships, maintaining project scope, and contributing to the development of intellectual property within the Financial Services Industry. You will engage with macro industry trends and competitive dynamics, generating thought leadership and innovative ideas to address evolving industry challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day execution of consulting projects and ensure successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement.
  • Drive development of content, either directly or by providing guidance to the consulting and client teams.
  • Support client relationship management on a day-to-day basis.
  • Maintain an acceptable pace of work and support project scope.
  • Contribute to other A&M projects by sharing expertise or best practices.
  • Engage with Insurance and Reinsurance macro industry trends, competitive dynamics, and disruptors to generate thought leadership and innovative ideas.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Strategy Consulting and/or industry relevant strategy/corporate development experience supporting Insurance, Reinsurance, or Private Equity clients.
  • Experience in Growth Strategy and Business Model Transformation, Performance Improvement/Cost Re-engineering, Transaction support, or Pricing and Revenue Optimization.
  • Outstanding problem-solving acumen leveraging strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to derive insights from large volumes of unstructured information to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Ability to deliver impactful results from ideation to execution by working independently and collaborating within cross-functional teams across multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Exceptional Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
