About The Position
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. The role involves providing software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. The consultant will support all phases of the software development lifecycle utilizing Software Development Life Cycle methodologies for project implementation, including preparation, business blue printing, realization, go-live, and post go-live support. Responsibilities include utilizing major software platforms, creating custom coding artifacts using programming languages, building, deploying, and maintaining customized tools or software to modernize legacy application architecture, evaluating technology needs, developing customized applications, drafting technical and functional design documentation, identifying and mitigating risks in process and technology for engagements, and researching user-reported issues with software applications.
