Consulting Salesforce Developer

About the position

The Consulting Salesforce Developer position will lead and conduct requirements sessions with multiple business partners within HCA. Responsibilities include Architecting, Designing and Testing system implementations and leading the launch and support of solutions in our Salesforce.com environment. As a Consulting Salesforce Developer, you will interface with our business partners to ensure their requirements are being met by gathering detailed requirements and supplying solutions in a timely and effective delivery mechanism. As Consulting Salesforce Developer, you are tasked with providing the best solutions to our customers within the Salesforce.com environment and ensuring the customer's requirements are met. The Consulting Salesforce Developer will lead our stakeholders through technical implementations focusing on delivering functional solutions within the Salesforce.com platform. The Consulting Salesforce Developer will take the lead role in the architectural design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of projects that leverage the Salesforce.com toolset. As the subject matter expert for the enterprise, the Consulting Salesforce Developer will strive to drive efficiency in the implementation of new and existing SFDC instances.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for technical and solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization of complex Salesforce environments
• Work effectively individually but also collaborate with business customer team members toward customer satisfaction and success
• Take direction from project team members and immediate supervisor, but take initiative and show leadership when appropriate
• Architect, Develop and Deploy software solutions on Salesforce.com framework
• Demonstrate calm under pressure, be a proactive contributor with an eagerness to learn
• Perform unit testing and defect fixes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Five or more years of relevant work experience
• Five or more years of Salesforce development experience
• SFDC architecture experience
• SFDC developer certification
• Highly developed listening skills required
• Excellent, highly professional written and oral communication skills required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Must be highly motivated self-starter
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with version control
• Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
