About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Consumer Debit Acquisition and Go-to-Market Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role's purpose is to support and oversee strategic planning and execution for consumer debit acquisition and go-to-market marketing efforts. The specialist will primarily focus on direct-to-consumer campaigns while also contributing to events, digital marketing (both paid and owned), and other go-to-market initiatives as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive consumer debit acquisition.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize direct-to-consumer campaigns, including digital, paid, and owned media.
  • Support event marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer financial services or a related industry.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, go-to-market strategies, and consumer acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, analytics, and advertising platforms.
