About the position

The Consumer Loan Processor position is based in Tahlequah, OK, at BancFirst. This is a full-time, onsite role that involves various essential duties and responsibilities. The primary responsibilities include the preparation of loan documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and BancFirst policies, ordering and reviewing collateral documents from vendors, and maintaining customer communication both over the phone and in person. The role also requires clearing loan exceptions, preparing written correspondence, and performing other job-related duties or special projects as assigned. Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of loan documents
• Ensure compliance with regulations and BancFirst policies and procedures
• Order and review collateral documents from vendors
• Customer communication: On the telephone and in person with employees and vendors
• Clear loan exceptions
• Prepare written correspondence
• Perform other job related duties or special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of loan documentation and lending practices
• Knowledge of grammar and punctuation rules
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
• Knowledge of Laser Pro and Decision Pro
• General understanding of BancFirst products and services
• Critical thinking skills
• Detail oriented
• Must work well under stress and deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks

• Keyboard skills/40 wpm
• 10-key
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
