As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering results related to individual and branch sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process and life cycle. In this position, you will develop new relationships and maintain existing ones, working closely with customers to present financial solutions tailored to their needs. You will educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loans, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their financial commitments. Additionally, you will partner with local businesses to seek out and develop new customer relationships, enhancing the community presence of OneMain. Your role will also involve learning how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools effectively. You will manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, while complying with all relevant laws and regulations. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within the company, with potential career advancement into leadership roles such as Branch Manager and District Manager through robust training programs and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals as well as customer expectations
  • Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with customers throughout the loan process

Requirements

  • HS Diploma/GED

Nice-to-haves

  • Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
