As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you will learn the lending and servicing business at OneMain, allowing you to grow your career. This role is pivotal in delivering results related to individual and branch sales goals while also meeting customer expectations. You will develop new relationships and maintain existing ones, working closely with customers throughout the loan process and the loan life cycle. In this position, you will present financial solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring that they meet their goals. You will also present optional insurance products to customers and educate them on the terms and conditions of their loans to ensure a clear understanding. A key aspect of the role involves learning how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools effectively. Additionally, you will manage the life cycle of the loan, which includes collections activities, while complying with all relevant laws and regulations. This position is based on-site in Hallandale, Florida, and operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturdays. Responsibilities

  • Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals as well as customer expectations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice-to-haves
