About the position

The Contact Center Representative position at Cyprus Credit Union is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service to members over the phone. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of credit union experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of member services and financial products provided.
  • Understanding of member bookkeeping procedures.
  • Computer and 10-key skills.
