As the Content and Communications Manager, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, breathing life into ideas, generating compelling content, and connecting with our audience across various channels. You will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and coordination of vital aspects of our business operations throughout our organization. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a streamlined communication strategy, building a repository of essential information, and addressing the diverse needs of our sales, marketing, and partner teams. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to support the company's overarching objectives. This role is all about collaborating with the team to plan and produce impactful email campaigns, introduce exciting product launches, and create other valuable marketing assets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to disseminate important information regarding global business operations to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of communication efforts with the company's overall objectives and brand messaging.
  • Identify the most effective channels and platforms for communication, including emails, newsletters, forums, wiki repositories and more.
  • Create engaging and informative content, including guidelines, presentations, and announcements, to keep employees informed about key developments and initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized repository of information, documents, and resources related to global business operations for easy access by relevant teams.
  • Regularly update and curate content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Transform creative direction and insights from briefs into persuasive, engaging copy that resonates with our audience.
  • Develop targeted, high-impact copy for product marketing campaigns that drive opportunities and boost revenue.
  • Develop concepts, build thoughtful plans, and oversee implementation of marketing programs from start to finish.
  • Perform research on target audience, market trends, and product technology to create a marketing 'story' that conveys emotion and goes beyond words.
  • Ensure all content adheres to our company's style guidelines, delivering error-free materials.
  • Stay organized while handling a high volume of collateral under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and partners to create a diverse range of content marketing materials.
  • Provide constructive feedback, share ideas, and help improve the work of your colleagues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field, and 7+ years' professional experience writing and publishing content; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate exceptional writing and communication skills in both short and long-form content.
  • Proven experience working effectively with design, content, sales, product marketing, or demand generation teams.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic content plans, with a track record of successful outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling work methodically and efficiently, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understand basic content marketing principles and have a grasp of SEO concepts.
  • Be open to learning and expanding your knowledge beyond your current expertise.
  • Willingness to provide support and contribute to various tasks as needed.
