About the position

Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever, and we are looking for a talented Content Creator to join our Creative Studio. This role is pivotal in producing original content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our strategic objectives. As a Content Creator, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills across various disciplines, including film/video production, photography, writing, design, digital publishing, and social media. We are particularly interested in candidates with deep experience in at least two of these areas. In this position, you will work independently as a solo contributor when necessary, taking projects from the initial concept through to final delivery. This includes conceiving, planning, shooting, editing, writing, revising, and delivering content. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with other creative individuals, mapping your skillset and approach to the team's work. Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work both on-site and in the field, with a willingness to travel at short notice. We value curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning about Rivian's products, processes, and team dynamics. You will be expected to continually assess and evolve your creative techniques to maximize the impact of your work. Responsibilities

• Produce original work by applying your skillset across disciplines such as film/video, photography, writing, design, digital publishing, and social media.
• Help identify and pursue content opportunities aligned with established strategic objectives.
• Work independently as a solo contributor from first concept to final delivery.
• Conceive, plan, shoot, edit, write, revise, finish, and deliver content.
• Collaborate openly with other creative individuals and map your skillset to the work of the team.
• Work flexibly both on-site and in the field, willing to travel at short notice.
• Stay curious and commit to a never-ending process of learning about Rivian's products, processes, and team.
• Continually assess and evolve your overall approach and creative techniques to maximize potential impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, including film/video production, photography, art/design, writing, and social media.
• Self-motivated with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Wild creativity paired with practical sensibilities and a knack for strategy.
• Enthusiasm for existing and emerging social platforms with a clear knack for connecting with and building an audience over time.
• Inner fire coupled with an insatiable desire to learn and grow.
