About the position

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day for their authenticity, engagement and fun. SciPlay currently offers nine core games, including social casino games Jackpot Party Casino, Gold Fish Casino Slots, Hot Shot Casino and Quick Hit Slots, and casual games MONOPOLY Slots, Bingo Showdown, 88 Fortunes Slots, Backgammon Live, and Solitaire Daily Break with offices all over the world! A person that will assist in the development and execution of communication across all our Social Media, email and push notification channels. Someone who can whip up funny, direct, engaging texts and graphic content in no time. This includes idea generation, proposal preparation and execution. Ideas with a focus on activities that build loyal users and brand followers.

Responsibilities

• Involvement with creation and maintaining of master social media post calendar
• Write, coordinate and post timely updates to SciPlay website and social media pages
• Work to develop a brand voice for our audience
• Create targeted campaigns to players with social content, push notifications and emails
• Create engaging content that drives not only existing players but new players
• Using data available work to create audience segmentation for a catered player experience
• Keep up-to-date on digital media trends and evaluate new opportunities
• Develop strategies to increase online engagement, followers and subscribers
• Liason for public relations efforts and vendors associated with SciPlay PR
• Assist with creation of promotional materials, ads and marketing content
• Show efficiency in self managing time with a reasonable degree of accountability and minimal instruction

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or relevant field preferred
• Outstanding written and visual communication skills
• A clear understanding of how to effectively use social media
• Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other social-media platforms
• The flexibility and adaptability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations
• The ability to assimilate and implement new ideas; a fast-learning multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) a plus
• A solid understanding of ergonomic information-design principles (print, web, e-mail)
• An organized mindset, with strong skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
