We are seeking a Video and Live Host Associate to support our content team, with a primary focus on hosting and co-hosting TikTok Live sessions for live commerce. The ideal candidate is dynamic, engaging, and skilled at interacting with online audiences. In addition to live hosting, this role will assist in video content creation and support broader social media initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the brand's social media presence and help drive engagement and sales through live commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of short-form video content that aligns with brand goals and resonates with the target audience.
  • Help in the setup, filming, and editing of video content, ensuring it meets the brand's quality standards and style guidelines.
  • Work with the content team to support the brand's social media presence, focusing on increasing engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
  • Serve as a host or co-host for TikTok Live sessions, engaging with the audience and showcasing products in an interactive and appealing manner to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the content team to plan and execute live commerce sessions, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for the viewers.
  • Interact with the audience during TikTok Live sessions, answering questions, highlighting product features, and creating a welcoming and exciting atmosphere.
  • Analyze and report on the success of each live session, providing insights and feedback to improve future live commerce events.
  • Draft creative briefs for internal teams and brand partners to ensure alignment on content goals and strategies.
  • Track and report on content performance, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and feedback.
  • Stay updated on social media and digital technology trends, incorporating relevant developments into content and live sessions.
  • Organize and prepare content assets for use by Retail and E-commerce teams.
  • Assist in pre-production planning and provide support during video shoots and live sessions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in professional self-presentation on social media platforms.
  • Experience creating video content for a brand (beauty industry experience is a plus but not required).
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and online social media campaigns.
  • Skilled in video and image editing tools.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Snapchat.
  • Creative thinker capable of brainstorming innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Native in English.
