The Content Creator - Social Media is responsible for supporting Wynn's Social Media and marketing efforts across all business units at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, upholding the resort's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate possesses strong writing skills, communicates effectively, and embraces teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including the company's website, social media channels, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging digital marketing techniques, and competitor activities to produce timely, relevant content.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and social media teams to develop content that aligns with Wynn Las Vegas's brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content production.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement, conversion rates) to refine and improve future content strategies.
  • Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand style guidelines.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, social media platform updates, and new technologies to enhance content creation skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing published articles, social media content, photos, videos, or other digital content.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to create compelling, engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword-embedded content, and content marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Understanding of local, regional, and national digital media and trends across all social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of all editing software from Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management skills.
  • Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
