Responsibilities

• Create captivating visual content showcasing the resort's features.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Produce high-quality multimedia content for the website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
• Capture and edit visually stunning photos and videos of amenities and guest experiences.
• Write compelling copy to accompany visual content, maintaining brand voice and tone.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and guest services to source content ideas and ensure messaging accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Engage with the online community and foster positive relationships with followers.
• Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots, including scheduling and equipment management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management, preferably in hospitality.
• Proficiency in photography and videography, with experience in editing high-quality content.
• Exceptional writing skills for crafting engaging copy across digital channels.
• Proficiency in content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
