The Content Creator at United Sports Brands is responsible for creating engaging content with a strong emphasis on social and digital platforms. This role encompasses the entire process from storyboarding and concept development to execution and editing of photography and videography. The Content Creator will work closely with the in-house creative team to conceptualize and identify opportunities for content capture that aligns with the brand's standards and guidelines. This position requires collaboration with ambassadors, freelancers, and external agencies to produce high-quality content that meets the company's marketing objectives. In this role, the Content Creator will need to understand the marketing initiatives and strategic positioning of the company, as well as the target audience. They will partner with the Creative Director to develop content strategies and execution plans that align with business priorities. Establishing and maintaining content standards for photography and videography is crucial, both internally and with external partners. The Content Creator will capture high-quality content that aligns with the brand vision and digital strategies, shooting and editing for various channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. The position also involves creating shot lists, production schedules, and organizing logistics for shoots, including scouting locations and identifying necessary models and props. The Content Creator will participate in field marketing events to capture real-time content and will be responsible for organizing and maintaining content on internal and external servers. Regular contributions of new ideas and concepts, along with competitor analysis and industry trends, will be expected to keep the content fresh and innovative. The role requires presenting final concepts and coordinating production, as well as analyzing market trends and campaign performances to inform future content strategies.
