About the position

The Sales Enablement Content Developer at CrowdStrike is responsible for creating and delivering effective content tailored for the sales organization. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure a consistent experience for sellers, providing proactive training and essential sales resources.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Field Enablement and go-to-market teams to develop and design content for GTM movements.
  • Build and influence content strategy across multiple business pillars and GTM teams.
  • Design and create engaging enablement presentations, collateral, scripts, and supporting assets tailored for sellers by role.
  • Utilize creative skills to design visually appealing presentations, infographics, newsletters, and other sales enablement materials while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, animations, and graphics to enhance engagement and learning retention.
  • Build and edit video presentations and online learning while adhering to brand governance and standards.
  • Evaluate and update existing content to reflect current brand standards and improve effectiveness.
  • Measure, track, and report effectiveness of content and evolve as needed in collaboration with Content Lead.
  • Partner with leadership to tailor and update existing content for various sales roles and segments.
  • Manage and organize content within the LMS/CMS to ensure materials are up to date.

Requirements

  • 2+ years SaaS sales experience
  • 3+ years in Content Design
  • Understanding of sales process, customer lifecycles, and various qualification and sales methodologies
  • Experience in direct sales or enablement content creation for cybersecurity companies
  • Proven experience in content design and creation in a sales enablement or training role
  • Experience with instructional design and ability to design content for multiple purposes and modalities
  • Full understanding of content strategy and operations, visual communications
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and presentation software, video editing
  • Experience with L&D and content management software and manage content lifecycle through tooling
  • Ability to think strategically and align content creation efforts with broader enablement goals
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and business units
  • Program and project management skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Highly organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts and craft persuasive messaging
  • Ability to leverage available tooling to measure effectiveness and impact of content.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with emerging technologies in the L&D and Content management space
  • Ability to synchronize and templatize effective trainings and content for scale and efficiency.
