About the position

Outlier is seeking experienced Turkish writers to assist in training generative AI models. This freelance position allows for flexible hours and remote work, focusing on providing human feedback to improve AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Read Turkish text to rank responses generated by an AI model.
• Write short stories in Turkish based on given topics.
• Assess the factual accuracy of Turkish text produced by an AI model.

Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Experience as a professional translator or in a writing-related field (copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing).
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or related to writing.
• Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in AI model training or evaluation.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies.
