About the position

Outlier is seeking experienced Thai writers to assist in training generative artificial intelligence models. This freelance position allows for flexible hours and remote work, focusing on providing human feedback to improve AI models. Writers will engage in tasks such as ranking AI-generated responses, writing short stories in Thai, and assessing the factual accuracy of AI-produced text.

Responsibilities

• Read Thai text to rank a series of responses produced by an AI model.
• Write a short story in Thai about a given topic.
• Assess the factual accuracy of Thai text produced by an AI model.

Requirements

• Fluency in Thai language.
• Experience as a professional translator or in professional writing (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or a field related to writing.
• Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.
