As Headway's Content Marketing Manager, Commercial, you will be responsible for enabling the market-facing Payer Partnerships team with the right sales materials, collateral, case studies, and competitive insights. Your goal is to improve sales processes, accelerate revenue generation, and streamline the sales cycle by providing high-quality content, maintaining a centralized library of resources, and ensuring that teams are using consistent and accurate messaging. You will build Headway's commercial content strategy to drive thought leadership and sales, be an evangelist for our commercial partners, and deeply understand trends in mental healthcare. You will identify data, market research, and customer insights to inform our storytelling and work cross-functionally to make the company come to life. Your responsibilities will include creating market-leading content, developing and maintaining collateral, and improving operational efficiency and productivity.
