About the position

As a Content Writer at Moveworks, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, high-volume content that showcases how our AI solutions are transforming employee support. Your role is crucial in scaling communication efforts and conveying the value of our products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will produce diverse content types, adhere to brand guidelines, and work closely with various teams to align content with overall strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Producing a diverse range of content, from blog posts and guides to educational materials, aimed at informing and engaging our audience.
• Adhering to established messaging frameworks and style guides to ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice and meets quality standards.
• Working closely with team members across the organization to align content with our overall strategy and objectives.
• Crafting content from end to end, ensuring that published material is polished, copy-edited, and reflective of our brand guidelines.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Web, and other teams to deliver content that supports integrated go-to-market campaigns and product launches.
• Simplifying and demystifying AI-related concepts, providing clear and valuable information that helps our audience make informed decisions.
• Continuously reviewing and refining content to ensure it resonates with our target audience and accurately reflects our brand's voice.
• Demonstrating openness and receptiveness to constructive criticism, acknowledging areas for improvement and incorporating feedback into future strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, with a focus on high-volume output, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS industries.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts and capturing audience interest.
• Strong writing skills with a high attention to detail, ensuring consistent adherence to established deadlines and brand guidelines.
• Proven ability to produce a large volume of content efficiently, distilling complex topics into compelling content across various formats, including blog posts, infographics, presentations, and video.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of seniority.
• Efficient and organized with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a consistent output of high-quality content.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working with high-tech startups or mid-sized SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with emerging content creation trends and technologies.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for web production and Asana for project management.
