About The Position

Penn State Beaver, in collaboration with Penn State Shenango's Continuing Education Department, is seeking Part-Time Cybersecurity Instructors to teach courses in CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+). The role involves course planning, instruction in various delivery modes, student evaluation, and submission of required paperwork related to instruction.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or equivalent in a related academic field or active candidate for a terminal degree.
• CompTIA certifications in Network+, Security+, and CySA+.
• Experience teaching and/or training in an online learning environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with diverse teaching methods and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver courses in CompTIA Network+, Security+, and CySA+.
• Conduct classes in online, hybrid, and blended formats.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
