About the position

As a Continuous Improvement Manager at Reckitt, you will play a pivotal role in implementing the Global Reckitt Production System (RPS) Standards, driving continuous improvement and productivity within our manufacturing environment. This position is essential to our mission of enhancing the efficiency, quality, and safety of our operations, ensuring that we deliver our trusted products to consumers worldwide. You will report directly to the Operational Excellence Sr. Manager, collaborating closely with various teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement based on Lean principles. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing production processes to improve efficiency and quality. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reducing waste. Your expertise in data analysis will be crucial as you collect and analyze production data, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and establish metrics to track progress. You will lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Project management will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you will manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will define project scopes, communicate updates to senior management, and document process changes to ensure compliance with established standards. Change management will also be a significant part of your role, as you develop strategies for deploying RPS and productivity projects, aligning them with organizational goals. Engaging stakeholders across various departments will be essential, as you integrate lean principles and train employees in continuous improvement methodologies. Additionally, you will facilitate ideation events and monitor productivity projects, updating the global productivity tracker to reflect progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and enhance production processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with teams for continuous improvement initiatives aiming to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce waste.
  • Collect and analyze production data, develop KPIs and metrics.
  • Lead TPM / WCM pillars and promote a culture of continuous improvement based on core principles of TPM / WCM / Lean.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion, defining project scope and communicating updates to senior management.
  • Document process changes and ensure compliance with standards, reviewing and updating SOPs.
  • Develop strategies for RPS and productivity projects deployment, leading change initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Integrate lean principles with various departments and train employees in continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate ideation events and monitor productivity projects, updating the global productivity tracker.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • 2+ years in Lean Manufacturing Principles.
  • Expertise in TPM / WCM / Lean and CI methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
