The position involves reviewing, preparing, drafting, redlining, and negotiating construction and service contracts and related documents. The successful candidate will ensure that contracts comply with the company's legal requirements and will communicate and coordinate with the assigned business branch regarding the administration of their contracts. Responsibilities also include reviewing insurance requirements, processing requests for certificates of insurance, administering and managing the contract life cycle, tracking expiration dates of certificates of insurance, and providing administrative support, including document creation and information organization. Other related duties may be assigned as necessary.
