About The Position

Community Association Management is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to lead the financial operations of the company. This role involves acting as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights that drive growth, optimize profitability, and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical accounting expertise and strategic financial leadership, with a hands-on approach to collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not mandatory; MBA is a plus).
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, ideally with a mix of public accounting and private industry roles.
• Deep expertise in GAAP and strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, including ASC 606.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and KPI development.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, financial compliance, and audit processes.

• Experience leading financial operations in multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and month-end close processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide real-time insights and drive financial performance.
• Develop, track, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and capital allocation to support operational needs and growth initiatives.
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with financial regulations, and accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives and align financial goals with company objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
