Controlling Intern

About the position

A Finance/Controlling Intern will work alongside experienced finance professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of financial operations, analysis, and reporting. Typical activities associated with this function include performing data analysis, support Forecast/Budget planning and assist with special projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Forecast and Budget process by gathering data, updating templates, and preparing reports/presentations
• Assist in updating and maintaining financial systems, spreadsheets, and reports, ensuring data accuracy
• Take initiative to learn about different areas of finance, seeking opportunities for growth and development
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and networking events to develop skills, expand knowledge, and build professional relationships.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information, adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in a Bachelor's program related to business administration, finance or accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
