Responsibilities
Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times
Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure smooth service period
Execute recipes to the letter and assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
Portions food products prior to cooking according to recipe specifications
Follows all food safety and sanitation standards
Follows and completes production sheets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload
Set up and tear down of workstation
Polite and professional communication style
Understands and utilizes FIFO
Performs other related duties as requested by the leadership team
Requirements
2 years' previous food service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment
Good team work approach to daily tasks
Do simple arithmetic
Able to follow oral and written directions
Be able to lift 30 Lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
Must successfully pass a criminal background check
