Casa Grande Academy is a 32-bed staff-secure residential behavioral health facility that serves moderate to high-risk adjudicated and non-adjudicated males aged 10-18. The facility utilizes evidence-based treatment methodologies to provide clinical and therapeutic services, equipping residents with the necessary tools, motivation, life skills, education, and self-discipline to lead successful lives. The Cook will play an essential part in this mission by ensuring that residents receive nutritious and well-prepared meals, which are crucial for their overall well-being and development. In this role, the Cook will be responsible for assisting the dietary team in the preparation, cooking, and serving of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the residents. This position also involves maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area, washing dishes, taking inventory of food supplies, and performing other related duties as requested. The Cook will work closely with the dietary team to ensure that all meals meet the dietary needs of the residents and adhere to health and safety standards.
