About The Position
The Coordinator of TIA & Professional Learning is responsible for coordinating and providing leadership for the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA). This role involves managing and supporting the implementation of the TIA program, as well as coordinating, implementing, and evaluating district-level assessments and instruments used to measure student growth. The coordinator collaborates with district personnel to uphold and enhance rigorous standards in district assessments and student growth measures, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
