The Outside Laboratory Sales Account Manager is responsible for engaging with a diverse range of clients in the biotech, medical, and academic sectors. This role focuses on effectively communicating the benefits of life science products, securing new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and uncapped commission, emphasizing the potential for income growth as sales increase.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients and prospects in biotech, medical, and academia accounts.
  • Communicate product benefits and value of life science products effectively.
  • Prospect to secure new customers.
  • Maintain relationships with current customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Life Sciences preferred.
  • Ideally 2 years of sales experience and/or 2 years involved with life science research.
  • Basic knowledge of molecular biology.
  • Ability to communicate with customers on a technical level.
  • Desire to establish a long-term career.
  • Ability to establish rapport with a wide variety of people.
