About the position

The Copywriter 2 (VSP/PT) plays a crucial role in developing clear and engaging written content for the organization's communications strategies, particularly for consumer-facing digital platforms. This position is responsible for maintaining consistency in content across various products and collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations. The Copywriter 2 will also create user-centered content that enhances user experience and addresses potential pain points.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality and engaging customer-facing content that aligns with brand voice, legal and accessibility requirements.
• Work with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless content integration.
• Maintain existing copy decks and create new copy decks as necessary.
• Submit and track content through the mandatory Corporate and Legal Review processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3 or more years of copywriting experience.
• Strategic thought leader with the ability to transform business needs into compelling consumer language.
• Deep understanding and experience in consumer communications.
• Intellectual writing approach, ability to translate strategy and business needs into appropriate language solutions.
