About the position

The Copywriter 2 (VSP/PT) at CenterWell is responsible for developing clear and engaging written content that supports the organization's communication strategies, particularly for consumer-facing digital platforms. This role involves maintaining consistency in content across various products and collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations. The Copywriter will also create and manage the organization's style guide, focusing on user-centered content that enhances user experience and addresses pain points.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality and engaging customer-facing content that aligns with brand voice, legal and accessibility requirements
• Work with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless content integration
• Maintain existing copy decks and create new copy decks as necessary
• Submit and track content through the mandatory Corporate and Legal Review processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 3 or more years of copywriting experience
• Strategic thought leader with the ability to transform business needs into compelling consumer language
• Deep understanding and experience in consumer communications
• Intellectual writing approach, ability to translate strategy and business needs into appropriate language solutions
