About the position

The Mid-Level Copywriter will be responsible for developing creative and results-driven concepts for marketing and recruiting campaigns within a home health care service. This fully remote role requires collaboration with various team members to produce engaging copy for diverse marketing materials, focusing on storytelling and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative, results-driven concepts for marketing and recruiting campaigns.
• Write and edit copy for a variety of short-form and long-form deliverables including brochures, flyers, emails, landing pages, ads, and social graphics.
• Create copy and content that focuses on storytelling, sharing the experiences of clients and health care clinicians and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the copywriter manager, account managers, graphic designers, videographers, and other members of the Creative Services team to develop marketing communications.
• Edit and proof materials to ensure proper grammar and adherence to brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of experience developing original copy for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience in creative concepting.
• Experience in healthcare communications preferred.
• Excellent proofreading skills with a solid grasp of grammar rules.
• Ability to turn complex information into digestible content targeted to the audience.
• Must have their own device.
