About the position

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and informative content, including blogs, brochures, infographics, sales collateral, case studies, eBooks, and press releases.
• Conduct SEO and competitor analysis to optimize content and ensure it aligns with industry trends.
• Produce thought leadership pieces, including interviews and articles that position the organization as a leader in the financial space.
• Audit, analyze, and create content for websites, social media platforms, and paid media campaigns.
• Craft presentations, email campaigns, scripts for videos and podcasts, and other materials for internal and external audiences.
• Develop content for events and conferences, including promotional materials and event-related communications.
• Ensure all content is error-free, aligns with brand guidelines, and is tailored for the target audience.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to align content strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the finance industry, particularly with self-service ATMs, cash trends, payments, and financial inclusion.
• Proven track record of producing both long-form and short-form content.
• Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or tech companies is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization.
