About The Position

The Corporate Credit Card Administrator is responsible for managing corporate credit cardholder information and profiles, assisting cardholders with issues related to transactions and expense reports, and performing account maintenance. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the corporate credit card program and supporting the accounts payable team with reconciliation tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience with large accounting ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, add, change and inactivate corporate credit cardholder information and profiles.
  • Directly assist cardholders/credit card provider with problems regarding cards, transactions and expense reports.
  • Notify credit card provider of lost/stolen credit cards.
  • Perform account maintenance, such as changes to MCC restrictions and cardholders' account limits.
  • Send monthly credit card activity to executive administrators.
  • Assist AP with reconciliation of vendor statements and research discrepancies.
