About the position

The Corporate Human Resources Specialist & Process Owner role at Procter & Gamble is a pivotal position responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Global HR Function and Corporate Function HR Organization Unit. This role involves managing HR systems and tasks to ensure seamless delivery of business operations, focusing on employee engagement, benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training, and development. The ideal candidate will support employees and leaders, manage HR communications, and lead key HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support employees and leaders with day-to-day needs and policy questions.
  • Maintain employment records in the appropriate systems.
  • Own the online HR capability portal, setting strategic direction and ensuring content relevance.
  • Edit and publish relevant HR communications to the global community.
  • Lead other key processes and systems as assigned.
  • Manage full cycle employee data and organization administration within Workday.
  • Support projects related to Equality & Inclusion, Organizational Culture, and Talent Management.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR, Marketing, or Communications.
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills with quick turnaround from ideation to finished product.
  • Ability to work within commuting distance to Cincinnati, OH.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with HR Software Systems like Workday.
  • Strong Office Suite acumen.
  • Strong written and video content creation capability on software like Camtasia.
