Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, SEO, and paid media.
  • Utilize data insights to create compelling narratives that highlight Aeroflow's value and impact.
  • Manage public relations and collaborate with agency partners to enhance market visibility.
  • Align corporate website and SEO strategies with business objectives to optimize for inbound leads.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a cohesive workplace culture through internal events and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and business units to craft B2B strategies that support overall company growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within health, family, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to take brand campaigns from concept to completion, particularly in digital and multimedia spaces.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a marketing team with a track record of building high-performing, creative teams.
  • Extensive experience in A/B testing, campaign analysis, and data utilization to refine marketing strategies.
